Task
To launch a nation-wide series of events, with a view to creating a tradition

To initiate communication with the staff working in the shops, and to enhance personal attachment and motivation in a basically passive environment
Solution
To develop a series of family days which offers entertainment for the staff and their families under the auspices of Immochan. A colourful series of events on five venues, with star guests, local catering specialities, culinary and children’s programmes.
